This work is too hard, what do I do?

Asking for help is one of the most important things you can do at any point in your life.

Some of the most famous people in the world, in history, have asked for help. Barrack Obama has people help him write his speeches. Angelina Jolie had people help her make Lara Croft amazing by helping her work through the script. AFL stars have coaches that help them get to the top of their game. And students like you have teachers, family, friends and counsellors to go to for help.

Whether it be a school  or a personal issue, help is never far away.

If you feel that you're struggling with your work, or just need a bit of help, it would be great if you could talk to your teacher, mum or dad, or school counsellor about it. They can help you by talking through the problem, and coming up with strategies about how to get through the hard work. It might be a timetable to help you study, extra study session with friends, or a tutor to help you out.

The important thing to know is you're not alone, and you have a whole school there to support you.
